I have over 21 years of coaching experience and 30 years of business experience. I have worked with companies and organizations in multiple industries. I work primarily with mid-level and senior executives including members of the executive committee, board chairs, chief executive officers, vice presidents, directors, and selected promising leaders. I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC), which is the highest credential offered by the International Coach Federation (ICF). I also hold the Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC) credential with the MEECO Leadership Development Institute. I earned a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University. I also hold an MA in Organizational Design and Effectiveness and an MA in Human Development from Fielding.
