Cynthia’s practice focuses exclusively on Employment Law for individuals and businesses.   She will speak on the subject of The Importance of Respectful Workplaces.   This talk will discuss workplace conduct that is not illegal, but is nevertheless inappropriate and takes a toll on companies’ employees due to workplace stress and eventually a toll on a company’s bottom line.  She will also speak on how to address and remedy disrespect in the workplace in order to foster a safe, productive and profitable business.
